However, there are areas of our website where we do gather data as follows:

These organisations will be authorised to act for the Worcestershire Growth Hub and must also comply with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

The Worcestershire Growth Hub uses industry standard software applications to manage client accounts, schedules and communicate electronically. Systems used include but are not limited to:

  • SurveyMonkey
  • *Evolutive

All applications are secured by password, and devices accessed via password, PIN, pattern or biometric security as a minimum.

*The Evolutive system is managed via the Worcestershire County Council. Data stored within the Evolutive database maybe shared with, Worcestershire Local Enterprise Partnership, Worcester City Council, Malvern Hills District Council, Wychavon District Council, Redditch Borough Council, Bromsgrove District Council, Wyre Forest District Council and Worcestershire County Council, where it is deemed appropriate to support with your enquiry or with your written premission.

The Worcestershire Growth Hub will not share your information for marketing purposes. Where appropriate given the nature of an enquiry or request, your details may be passed onto one of the aforementioned partners for the direct and solo purpose of solving your enquiry or if deemed to be of legitmate interest to your organisation.
