THIS YEAR,  two of Worcestershire County Council’s most exciting consultants have JOINED FORCES to deliver a series of engaging, interactive and informative workshops, one each day of the week, to help make your start-up a success both now and in the future. The experienced hosts, Peter Daniel from Rock Solid Consultancy Limited and ‘Peter the Speaker’ (Peter Hill) from Petvictus Limited, will deliver 5 priority workshops designed to challenge and inspire Worcestershire’s existing and potential entrepreneurs.

This is run on behalf of the six District Councils and is funded through the UK Shared Prosperity Fund.

WORKSHOP CONTENT 

Could you write the perfect pitch? It’s actually not that difficult but pitches fail not because the presenter was nervous but because they didn’t write a pitch which the audience could respond to. You’ll learn how all pitches are made up out of the same four basic parts and how you can use them to write the three most common pitches you’ll have to deliver: The Elevator Pitch, The Investment Pitch and The Sales Pitch.

Peter will not only reveal the method he used to win investment in BBC’s Dragons’ Den but will also pitch any suggestion you’d like to give him with no rehearsal time.

If you want to write your first ever 30-second pitch or to take your pitching skills to the next level, this insightful and entertaining session is the place to do it. Following the workshop there is the opportunity attend an optional Q&A session.
