After a running several successful cohorts, Elevate Worcestershire has announced 90 new spaces are up for grabs for established SMEs with strong growth ambitions.
The exclusive programme includes tailored one-to-one coaching, guided peer-to-peer support, and the development of a bespoke growth plan to set you on your growth journey. In addition, participants of the programme may apply for a match-funded grant from £1,000 to £10,000 help implement these growth plans.
One business that has recently benefited from the programme is Autoconnect.
The business, based in Redditch, received specialist marketing and coaching support to help them launch an innovative, cost-saving motorist app at the NEC’s Automotive show.
Mark Taylor-Jones, one of Autofile’s Directors, said; “The programme was brilliant. It was fantastic to speak to other businesses in other sectors. To get an insight into how they run and operate their businesses was invaluable as it is not something you can do day to day. The programme introduced me to loads of new ways of doing things and ideas which I never would have thought of.”
