Address your Skills Needs with the Chamber of Commerce’s Free Skills Training

Businesses have just over 2 weeks left to take advantage of the Chamber of Commerce’s FREE skills training.

Funded by Worcester City Council and Wychavon District Council UK Shared Prosperity Funds (UKSPF) these courses have been designed to support businesses with their skills needs, and individuals with their confidence and understanding.

Businesses with staff that live in Worcester City or Wychavon, and would benefit from a 1 day course in either Professional Skills and/or IT Skills, please do not delay. At the end of March this training will no longer be available. Each course is hosted at the Chamber’s offices in Warndon, Worcester, but if you are a business with a number of eligible staff, please let the team know, and the training can be provided from the businesses’ premises.

The courses include:

Professional Skills: Confidence, Communication, Company Culture / Appropriate Workplace Behaviour, Interview Techniques, Presentation Skills and Time Management

IT Skills: Basic PC navigation, Basics of MS Office including Outlook, Word & Excel, Chrome and Google Search Engines, LinkedIn Profiles, Social Media for Business, Basic Canva Design, and an Introduction to AI Tools.
