This is an update on the Herefordshire and Worcestershire Chamber of Commerce’s work on the Local Skills Improvement Plan (LSIP) and our continued efforts to support and strengthen the local economy across the region.
Over the last months, we have remained committed to engaging with businesses of all sizes and sectors to better understand their skills needs. We have actively reached out to employers across the region to collect valuable insights that will help shape a workforce fit for the future.
However, this journey is ongoing, and we want to hear from you! If you are an employer who has valuable information or feedback to contribute, please do not hesitate to get in touch. Your voice matters and will help drive meaningful change.
