There is less than one week left to submit nominations for the brand-new Worcestershire Innovation Champion Award, part of Worcestershire TechFest 2026.
This award aims to shine a spotlight on the initiatives, businesses, and organisations across the county who are driving forward new ideas, embracing technology, and making a meaningful impact on Worcestershire’s innovation landscape.
The award is open to any* business or organisation based in Worcestershire that demonstrates:
- Creative and forward-thinking innovation
- Positive impact on the local community or economy
- Leadership in shaping a culture of innovation
- Support or collaboration that helps others innovate
- A clear vision for future growth and contribution
A panel of judges will shortlist the top five finalists, who will then go to a public vote.
Entries and nominations must be submitted by 8pm on Monday 1 December 2025.
The winner will be announced live at the BetaDen Technology Showcase on the 26th of February 2026, the closing night of Worcestershire TechFest 2026.

*The objective of the award is to diversify the current TechFest lineup of talent; therefore, companies that are currently taking part in the BetaDen programme are not eligible to be considered, as they will already have a strong presence on the closing night.
