The Herefordshire & Worcestershire Chamber of Commerce are offering FREE skills training courses for any employees who live within the Wychavon District Council and Worcester City Council areas.
Based on feedback from businesses over the last few years, via the LSIP survey, the Herefordshire & Worcestershire Chamber of Commerce have designed two courses to help upskill employees: ‘Professional Skills for the Workplace’ and ‘IT Skills for the Workplace’.
The ‘Professional Skills for the Workplace’ training is designed to help employees build their confidence and assertiveness in the workplace to tackle the issues Worcestershire businesses identified through the LSIP around work ethic, professionalism, and time management.
The ‘IT Skills in the Workplace’ training is designed to help Worcestershire employees with their IT efficiency including internet safety and security, exploring Microsoft packages (including Teams, Outlook, and Excel), and professional use of social media.
