As part of the Government’s wider Get Britain Working initiative, Worcestershire is creating a localised plan to boost employment and improve job quality across the county.
The Skills and Employability service is working with a range of local partners—from district councils and the NHS to the Worcestershire Growth Hub, employers and training providers—to develop a county-wide plan that delivers real progress in workforce development.
The strategy aims to support:
- more people into jobs
- better job opportunities for all
- stronger links between services and support
- fairer access to training, health, and employment advice
