Over 50 businesses gathered for the latest meeting of the Inclusive Worcestershire Leaders group.
Inclusive Worcestershire Leaders (IWLs), delivered by the Worcestershire Growth Hub and Worcestershire County Council, is a a group of forward thinking organisations who have demonstrated extraordinary commitment to embedding inclusive practices across their workplaces.
Their dedication reflects the county’s shared ambition: to ensure Worcestershire is a place where everyone can access opportunities, thrive in employment, and contribute to a dynamic and diverse local economy.
The quarterly forums allow IWLs to share best practice and explore a chosen theme. Previous forums have covered early careers, social value, and health and wellbeing, while the February session focused on Inclusive Recruitment.
As part of this work, the Growth Hub were pleased to share the newly released Inclusive Recruitment Booklet, developed in partnership with Hewett Recruitment, an accessible and practical guide designed to support employers of all sizes in building fair, open, and effective recruitment processes. Packed with actionable tips, the booklet offers a clear pathway for any organisation beginning or strengthening its inclusive recruitment journey.
And a highlight part of the event was when the newest Inclusive Worcestershire Leaders were presented with their certificates, capturing the growing energy, commitment, and enthusiasm that define this growing network.
