Local businesses are being called upon to share their experiences and insights to help shape national policy aimed at improving health and employment outcomes across the UK.
The Keep Britain Working Review, led by Sir Charlie Mayfield and co-sponsored by the Department for Business and Trade (DBT) and the Department for Work and Pensions (DWP), is now inviting responses to a national survey open until midnight on Friday, 30 May 2025.
This independent review is exploring how government and employers can better:

The survey aims to gather evidence from a broad range of employers, particularly SMEs, across different sectors and regions. Your insights into what works—and the challenges faced—will play a vital role in shaping the final recommendations, due for publication in Autumn 2025.
