Who Can Apply?
To be eligible, startups must:

Be based in an EU Member State or a Horizon Europe-associated country (including the UK)

Be led by a woman in a key executive role (Founder, CEO, or CTO) with at least 25% ownership

Be at the inception or early-growth stage
