The Worcestershire Skills Show 2025 has been celebrated as a major success, with over 3,500 students from more than 40 schools attending the county’s largest careers and skills event.
Held at Worcester’s Sixways Stadium, the event, a collaboration between Worcestershire Local Enterprise Partnership (WLEP), Worcestershire Growth Hub and their partners, provided businesses with a unique opportunity to engage with the next generation of talent and showcase the career pathways available across a wide range of industries.
The event continues to play a crucial role in ensuring Worcestershire’s economic growth by connecting businesses with future employees and equipping young people with the knowledge and skills needed to thrive in the workplace. Employers from across the region participated, representing key sectors that drive the county’s economy. The show also provided networking opportunities for businesses, enabling them to share best practices and explore the support available through Worcestershire Growth Hub.
