This fully-funded programme for businesses is designed to help you challenge ways of working, apply technology in your business and spot new opportunities so that you can reduce costs, be more efficient and more profitable.

Businesses can access a combination of 1-2-1 consultancy and a programme of expert masterclasses which will all help you look at what you can do differently to ensure the success of your business. There’s also the chance to access a grant of up to £20,000 (40% intervention rate) to help implement ideas.

To be eligible you must be and SME and:
- Trading in Worcestershire
- Trading for 3+ years
- Employing 5+ people (not FTE)
- NOT in one of the following sectors: primary agriculture, schools, or be publicly-funded
