The Worcestershire Growth Hub and its partners, are reaching out to local organisations to get their views on what training they would like in the future.
Worcestershire Growth Hub would like to create a programme of free training for Worcestershire businesses. A short survey has been created which local employers are being encouraged to complete to provide information about the training required and preferred delivery methods.
The survey is focused around Talent and Skills and the training and areas that organisations would like to see in the future across topics such as recruitment and retention, diversity and inclusion, coaching and leadership development and team performance.
