The Worcestershire Growth Hub has announced the second event in its Women in Technology event series.
The Women in Technology series was launched as part of TechFest, a two week campaign to coordinate and promote technology and innovation themed events and activities in Worcestershire.
The first Women in Technology event brought together over 40 attendees to start the conversation and the build the community around women in technology careers and the wider technology industry.
The second event, confimed for Thursday 5th June, at The Old Court in Kidderminster, home to the BetaDen Incubate programme, aims to grow from the foundations of the first event, applying key feedback to shape the theme and discussion for the second event. The event will dive into the challenges and opportunities faced by women in the technology industry.
Attendees can expect:
- Imposter Syndrome Workshop – What it is, how it holds women back, and how to overcome it.
- Diversity & Inclusion in Technology – Explore how we can create more inclusive environments and celebrate diverse perspectives in a rapidly evolving sector.
- Success Stories Panel – Be inspired by women who have carved out exciting, meaningful careers in technology and learn how they got there.
