As the peak trading period approaches, many Worcestershire businesses are balancing immediate seasonal pressures with the need to plan for stronger performance in 2026. To support this, Worcestershire County Council, working with local district councils through the Elevate Worcestershire programme, is offering funded support to help B2C and B2B businesses strengthen their growth strategy.
The Elevate Retail & B2C Growth Cohort, launching 27 January 2026, is designed for established businesses aiming to increase revenue, improve customer engagement and build more resilient commercial operations. Delivered by the Rockfine Group, the programme provides practical, results-driven support in:
- Growing footfall and attracting new customers
- Increasing repeat business and loyalty
- Raising average customer spend
- Strengthening product lines, partnerships, vendor relationships and supply chain performance
Participants will join three in-person peer sessions (2 hours each) to share best practice and build stronger networks across the county. Each business will also receive 1:1 consultancy, enabling them to apply the programme’s tools and methods directly to their operations for measurable impact.
