Worcestershire Commercial Property Report Launch Set for 25 February

The annual launch of the Worcestershire Commercial Property Report, created by GJS Dillon and delivered in partnership with the Worcestershire Local Enterprise Partnership (WLEP), will take place on 25 February at Sixways Stadium in Worcester.

The event will run from 8am to 11am and is expected to attract professionals from across the region’s business and property sectors.

This year’s focus centres on how Worcestershire is performing in relation to the national economy, offering attendees valuable insight into the county’s current position and future prospects. The morning will be hosted by Robert Elliot of the Herefordshire & Worcestershire Chamber of Commerce.

A panel of expert guests will contribute to the discussion, including Glynn Jones from the Bank of England and Councillor Alan Amos, Worcestershire County Council’s Cabinet Member for Business and Skills. Their perspectives will help frame the economic context in which Worcestershire’s commercial property market is evolving.

The event will also see the official release of the Worcestershire Commercial Property Market Report 2026, which provides detailed analysis of market conditions and emerging trends across the region’s office and industrial sectors.

Attendance is free, but spaces are limited and early booking is encouraged.
